Distance Kinesiology Sessions

Wondering how a Kinesiology session can work when you're not in the room?

Distance sessions allow us to work together from wherever you are, while still following the same personalised Functional Kinesiology approach.

Wherever you are in the world, you're only one session away from taking the next step on your health journey.

"I wasn't sure what to expect from a distance session, but because my son couldn't attend in person, we decided to give it a try. After his brain integration sessions, we noticed improvements in his reading, his willingness to try new foods, and his ability to calmly explain his feelings after becoming upset."
— Lynda

“While I was overseas, I started feeling unwell and wasn't able to see Nicki in person. I booked a distance kinesiology session, and it really helped settle my nervous system while I was travelling”
— Christina

"Living outside of the area meant I couldn't attend in person, but the distance session felt just as personal and thorough. I loved being able to receive support from the comfort of my own home."
— Rachel

How Your Distance Session Works

Step 1 – We Connect

We begin with a Zoom or telephone conversation where we discuss what you'd like to work on and what has brought you to seek support. This gives me a better understanding of your goals and allows us to create a personalised approach for your session.

Step 2 – Your Functional Kinesiology Balance

At the scheduled time, I complete your Functional Kinesiology balance from my clinic, using the same personalised process I use during in-person sessions.

Your body's priorities guide the session, helping identify the areas that may need support and the techniques that are most appropriate for you.

You do not stay online while I complete your balance. You are free to continue with your day, relax, or do whatever feels right for you.

Step 3 – We Discuss Your Session

Once your balance is complete, we'll reconnect at a time that suits, so I can talk you through what came up during your session, the corrections that were made, and any recommendations or home support that may assist you moving forward.

Step 4 – Your Session Summary

Following your session, you'll receive a written summary of what we worked on, along with any recommendations discussed, so you have something to refer back to as you continue your wellbeing journey.

Many clients share that they were initially curious about how a distance session could work. Once they experience the process, they’re often surprised by how natural and thorough it feels.

What is a Surrogate?

During a distance session, I use a surrogate - a person who simply assists me by standing in for you during the muscle testing process.

The surrogate is not receiving the session themselves and plays no part in the consultation. They are simply there to assist with the balancing process.

Throughout the session, I use Functional Kinesiology techniques to tune into your body's priorities, not the surrogate's. Your balance is focused entirely on you and the priorities your body presents during the session.

Your privacy is always respected. No personal information, health concerns, or details about the reason for your session are shared with the surrogate at any stage. They are simply there to assist me with facilitating your balance and are not involved in any discussion throughout your session.
